What does your team send us?

The exports you already have.

Attendee list

Name Email Company Job title Phone LinkedIn (optional)

Add the LinkedIn URL if you collect it. Sena then knows each attendee before the first message.

Include end times, because attendees ask what runs until when.

Sponsors and exhibitors

A sponsor with an empty description gets no recommendations.

Example wording. We give you the words for the checkbox.

What is the one thing only you can do?

Put the phone field and an opt-in on your registration form, then tell your attendees about Sena.

Your promotion decides how many attendees you reach. Meta asks every business for an opt-in before it sends WhatsApp messages. Its opt-in rules for businesses explain what the checkbox needs to say.

What does Sena build and run?

Nobody on your team staffs the chat.

  1. 1

One agent, two doors. Attendees reach the same agent on WhatsApp or in a browser. It knows your programme, your sponsors and your venue.

  2. 2

A first message. Sena writes to every registrant with a phone number and asks what they came for.

  3. 3

A plan for each attendee. Sessions, sponsors and people to meet, each with the reason it fits. Sena answers before and during the event, from your own data.

A question that needs a person goes to your team. You know who comes and why, and Sena sends each attendee to the right sessions and exhibitors.

SYour event agent

Hi, I am the agent for your event. What do you want to get out of the two days?

Meet payment teams at banks.

Your plan is ready.

2 sessions, 1 stand, 2 people to meet, each with the reason.

Example conversation

What do you get back after the event?

Two files to keep.

FOST London 2026

The report shows who came and why, what they asked, where Sena sent them, and who showed up. See the report template, filled in with FOST London 2026. The follow-up list holds each attendee who talked to Sena, with their goal in their own words. Sena has no live connection to your CRM today, so your team imports the spreadsheet. The rows above are examples.

What did other organizers send?

Which registration platforms work with Sena?

Any

Any platform works if it can export a spreadsheet. You keep registration, badges and your event app.

Apps for your attendees

0

They use WhatsApp or the web chat in a browser, and the same agent answers in both places.

How long before the event do we start?

2 weeks

Events have gone live with us in under two weeks. Start earlier if you can, because attendees who hear from Sena days before the event have time to plan.

Our WhatsApp number already has Meta approval, so you skip the wait for a new number. If you run Cvent, read when to add Sena next to it and skip the migration. Read what works on WhatsApp for events, and what breaks. For consent in the UK, the ICO guidance on consent covers the opt-in. We publish the companies that handle attendee data for us.

Frequently asked questions

What do you need from us to set up Sena?

Three exports: your attendees, your programme and your sponsors. On your registration form, you add the phone field and an opt-in, and we do the rest.

Do we need an API or an integration project?

No. An Excel or CSV export is enough. If your registration platform has an API, we connect to it instead. You keep your registration platform, your badges and your event app.

How long does it take to go live?

Events have gone live with us in under two weeks. Our WhatsApp number already has Meta approval, so you do not wait for Meta.

Can the follow-up list go into our CRM?

Yes, as a spreadsheet that you import, because Sena has no live connection to a CRM today.

What happens when the programme changes?

Send us the change and Sena uses it. At FOST London 2026, talks that moved after our last update gave wrong answers in about 8 conversations, so send changes on the day too.

Do attendees need to download an app?

No. They use WhatsApp or the web chat in a browser, and the same agent answers in both places.

What do we need for GDPR?

An opt-in at registration, a privacy notice, and a clear way for attendees to stop the messages. We publish the companies that handle attendee data for us.
